Stephen Janowski’s experience includes the coordination of projects with clients, state agencies, local agencies, federal regulatory agencies, citizen focal groups and government boards. He has successfully built and managed teams of professionals that have been responsible for planning, preparation of reports, construction plans, technical specifications and contract documents for water and wastewater facilities, schools and their infrastructure, transportation facilities, commercial and industrial site, and subdivisions ranging from small single family and multifamily communities to golf course communities.

Mr. Janowski has extensive experience in designing and permitting projects in the Neuse River and Tar/Pamlico River water sheds.  He has engineered projects utilizing the best management practices such as wet detention basins, bio-retention areas, recharge trenches, and constructed wetlands. He has also provided construction phase services for the observation and successful completion and certification of subdivisions and site developments which include water and sewer facilities, storm water facilities, roads and site infrastructure.
